Continuing upon its path of achievement,Arabian Automobiles, the flagship company of the AW Rostamani Group and the exclusive dealer for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, was honored with two awards at INSIGHTS Middle East Call Center Awards 2021.
During the event, which took place on the 28th of October at Queen Elizabeth 2, Arabian Automobiles was bestowed the awards for “Best Industry Call Center | Automotive” and “Best Call Centre Manager of the Year | Mohamed Mamdouh” in recognition of the company’s CRM team’s exemplary performance in their contact center operations.
